Doctor Chang is an extremely well educated, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding doctor of optometry who uses the most up to date diagnostic equipment, explains the in depth findings completely, clearly answers all questions, is courteous, with a friendly and competent staff and comfortable office. I have used many optometrists, and he is the best and the only doctor I have used for several years.
