I had arrived an hour early having forgotten the time of my appointment. The computers were down but they finally found my appointment. The area has shopping and restaurants so I came back. I waited about 15 minutes before I was called back. The staff did the preliminary tests asked me about my preferences and what I expected, then I waited another 10 minutes for the doctor. The doctor was very polite, personable and cheerful. She explained each step and made me feel at ease. She asked me if I had any questions and waited for my reply. When I finally had a question, just before she left, she didn't act annoyed but answered it and even offered to make my next visit easier by leaving an option open to me. The office was busier than when I arrived and I had to wait another 10 minutes before I was assisted with the glasses. The technician was helpful but not as cheerful or personable as the doctor. She added up the cost and pick up date and said her bye-bye.

We have been clients at EyeTx for about 4 years, and we receive great service. Scheduling the appointment was effortless. The staff was courteous. Dr. Nance did a very thorough eye exam on all three of us. She took her time and thoroughly explained the changes to our vision. The A/C was not working but they were in the process of repair and they offered water to us.

I was not only unhappy with your service and staff that I will never come back there, I tell everyone I know that is needing an eye exam to steer clear of your establishment. The wait for my appointment that I had scheduled was interminable and then when I saw the doctor she was condescending and acted like I was too stupid to know about contacts when I have been wearing them since before she was born. I know that you don't care about my business because I am only one person, however, you see that I do fill out reviews and speak to many people and your reputation is all you have at the end of the day.
