I had arrived an hour early having forgotten the time of my appointment. The computers were down but they finally found my appointment. The area has shopping and restaurants so I came back. I waited about 15 minutes before I was called back. The staff did the preliminary tests asked me about my preferences and what I expected, then I waited another 10 minutes for the doctor. The doctor was very polite, personable and cheerful. She explained each step and made me feel at ease. She asked me if I had any questions and waited for my reply. When I finally had a question, just before she left, she didn't act annoyed but answered it and even offered to make my next visit easier by leaving an option open to me. The office was busier than when I arrived and I had to wait another 10 minutes before I was assisted with the glasses. The technician was helpful but not as cheerful or personable as the doctor. She added up the cost and pick up date and said her bye-bye.
