All of the cars are servised in order they come in. Basic car wash cars are parked in one area and Supreme in the other. We use this system for many years. As you know, Supreme takes longer then Basic wash. Sorry for delay, it was not caused by any changes that you may think we did. We extend our appology. Managment.
