Briana was very kind, attentive and customized her feedback to me based on my skin. I appreciated her! I did feel like the service was cut a little short based on the facials I've had there before. I was also taken aback by the front desk service. I checked in, waited 20 minutes, then the person asked if I'd already been checked in. Apparently they just didn't see the check-in in the back of the spa, so the facial started very late. Later I asked to leave 10% gratuity but was charged $10 instead. After I signed up for the monthly membership, it wasn't until after I'd left that I realized I didn't get scheduled for the next appointment. The service just seemed a little hasty and careless compared to what it used to be.
