Mr Barillas - You showed at noon without an appointment on a day when we were extremely busy. Half my shop staff goes to luncn between 12 to 1 and the other goes from 1 to 2. So you had to wait a little bit. You were not turned away, you were given a priority and under the circumstances we did the best we could .
