Dr. Castro has no bedside manners. He said ONE word to me the whole time he was there. Which was hello in a monotone, dismissive way. He wasn’t gentle either. This isn’t the first time he’s been rude. My last visit, the only thing he was said was, “you could use some teeth whitening.” No advice, just that.
Also, the appointments are 8 months apart instead of 6 months for whatever reason. I’d like to go every 6 months. They tell me to call to try to get a cancellation.
I’ve seen a different hygienist every time for the past three years. That’s because everyone leaves. That’s a red flag to me too.
The front desk people were lovely this time as was my hygienist. But everything else is subpar. I’m looking to switch dentists.

I have really enjoyed everything about going Fallston Dental. From the receptionist to the checkout. Everyone is super friendly. If you want a great place to get your teeth maintained. You should give them a call!
