Mallory was great.
My bill was not great. I’ve been going there for YEARS, & I was charged double yesterday for a cleaning & exam. My bill is usually $60-$90.
Yesterday I paid $130.00. I’m sorry.I don’t get it.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, the pricing was different because prior to this appointment, you had a discount plan in place. Not a typical output of service on 6/21/22. I am grateful however that I am seeing improvement from my fur baby. She went in for a dental procedure which was done nicely and they cut her nails too. The bad part was the disregard for her bleeding toe nail because the tech cut too close. Also a catheter was used which is also fine, but given they wanted a urine sample from her wouldn't it make since to take one while you had her? Just a thought.
