First of all, we really enjoy the ANONYMOUS response. Secondly, unless care credit has changed its policy and not informed us, there is and always was a min and a max they will allow someone to borrrow. And, last but not least, if a patient comes in and has problems that need a whole lot of care to resolve, then it becomes our resposibily to explain and offer the care. At that point, the patient has an option to accept the treatment needed. We are very sorry that ANONYMOUS feels he or she were not hapyy with options offered.
