I had a great experience at my most recent visit to Vision Source in Spencer. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and help me pick out the right pair of glasses for my lenses, face shape and budget as well as contact lenses at a great discount! I am very satisfied with my experience with the friendly staff and high tech equipment :)

Over all the staff is friendly and professional. During my appointment there was a sales man conducting business. I found this to be distracting to the tech conducting my exam. I would suggest that in the future sales makes an appointment like I have to and not distract the tech from giving me 100% attention (I am paying for your time). Not sure what you can do to make picking out glasses a little less crowded and public? Spending over $800 on glasses I feel it could be a little less public and cramped, allowing me the time I need in order to spend my hard earned dollars.There was so many people in and around I felt rushed. Also an introduction would be helpful on the onset of the appoinment. This is not a negative comment, it's my thoughts on what would make my appointment better.

As always, great appointment and service. Very much appreciated the discount on my new glasses I received after discussing my dissatisfaction with 'new' glasses I got last year.

Dr.Horn is a great eye doctor. She is very attentive and knows what she is talking about. She is also very informative so you know what you're getting or should get. Very helpful and so nice!

Dr. Horn was friendly, nice and was easy to speak with. She answered all questions,explained things well prior to completing things and was thorough in the exam.
She was patient and sensitive toward my dad's anxiety of new doctor situations
