As usual the service was outstanding however I was very disappointed in the $12 one time up charge. I am not sure why this is in place as it took the same amount time as usual to shampoo and cut my hair. I understand the required PPE and I was happy to see all the precautions in place to provide protection but that's required to be operating. Also, what if I was a walk-in and not a 25 year customer, would I also be hit with the upcharge? I have always provided stellar reviews but the additional charge was a negative.
