Cindy and the staff are so so conscientious and easy to work with. Cindy always explains what she is doing. The front office always meets me with a smile and keeps all my insurance information up to date . I don't disliike going to the dentist with this staff.

Disappointed in how hard the practice sold Invisalign. I went in for a cleaning ... didn’t get a clean but got scans. I’ve never had braces, teeth are straight and I’m fine with them, was told my “teeth aren’t totally terrible.” And then was pitched Invisalign for 45 minutes. Felt like I missed a memo and it seemed assumed that I wanted Invisalign. Left in shock and frustrated and plan to get teeth cleaned elsewhere.

Cindy is the most remarkable dentistry hygienist care provider I have ever experienced. WOW! And, the office personnel are TOPS!

I have had a negative experience multiple times with the disorganized service I have received at their Boulder and Arvada locations. While in the midst of the Invisalign process, I have had to wait to setup an appointment or receive new trays up to 6 weeks without any communication or explanation as to why it's taking so long or when I will even have the chance to come in to get my updated trays. Not until I was told they had finally shipped (to the wrong location) and I had called 3 times to request another appointment, did I finally get to come in. Understanding that the logistics are more difficult during the pandemic, I was patient the first 2 times these delays occurred, but after waiting this last time I do not understand how they can operate this way without somebody calling them out. At this point I should be done with my Invisalign process, but because of all of these delays I still have several more months to go, and still do not have much information to go on other than I have a new set of trays. Additionally, every appointment that I have had (whether it's a cleaning, scan, or simply picking up new trays) I have seen somebody new, and somebody that is 'in training' so I seem to be a guinea pig of sorts with their new staff, which makes the appointment take longer than it should. Highly dysfunctional office in my opinion.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Clinton Kaye & his associates for about 20-21 years. Most recently I took my 16-year-ols cat, Rose, in because she was displaying unusual behavior which seemed to indicate a physical problem. We saw Dr. Fryberg, who is a very pleasant & competent veterinarian, as are Dr. Kaye & Dr. Watrous. Dr. Fryberg suggested tests that could be done, & I left Rose in good hands for a couple of hours. She had a urinary tract infection, & was given a shot of antibiotics. Dr. Fryberg also suggested some homeopathic products that I could buy at a pet shop or organic grocery store. I appreciate the complete information I am given about any of my beloved pets' health conditions. Clinton has become a valued family friend, & we really like Dr. Watrous & Dr. Fryberg, too!! I want to also praise the office staff & the veterinay assistants, all of whom are friendly & give excellent, personal service.

Dr.Keller is so so great, along with Molly and Whitney..and Dominique was precious, and so professional!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would, but it is only a 5 star review in this survey as being the top number. Thank you for everything, and especially for giving me sight at 20/40 in my right eye after cataract surgery. You all are THE BEST!!!!!!
