I’ve hated dentists my whole life. This location is like no other. I was welcomed so warmly and made to feel comfortable from the start. Sharon was gentle and took her time as to not unnecessarily hurt me while doing my X-rays nor my cleaning. She was patient and even gave me a break when my jaw was getting tired, or when cleaning around my cavity was causing extra sensitivity. I’m so used to dentists that just power through to get the job done without regard to how you feel as a patient. This is the first time I don’t leave the dentist office traumatized and in pain. My whole life I’m thinking a dentist visit is suppose to hurt, but it’s not! I recommend Sharon to anyone, especially anyone with sensitive teeth or who has had traumatizing experiences at the dentist. The office is also beautifully decorated. It’s such an inviting space. They definitely make it easier to want to come back regularly. Thank you!

The Dentist and Staff are very competent and not unfriendly, but seem to lack a personal touch that you might want from someone sticking stuff in your mouth. The last two hygienists were very friendly, and one of them even told me her name, something no one else had. on the whole, they do a good job and are professional.

The office knew I was out of network with my insurance. They fail to tell me till after my appointment.. All else doesn't matter now that I'm $245 poorer.

Went in for my bi-annual cleaning. It took all of 20 minutes to complete the entire process. It's a problem because it should have been more thorough and taken more time. I feel like it was a rush job and not done adequately.
Other services are wonderful.

When we first arrived, we were asked to wait outside for quite a while until fewer customers were inside in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Martha was very helpful once we were able to stay in the store. She took great care with helping me pick out just the right frames foe my new eye glasses and prescription sunglasses. However, when I asked for an itemized receipt for my purchases, I was not given one. Usually at other optical shops, I have always received an itemized receipt without even asking for one, and it always shows the prices of each item for which I am charged from blue tech to scratch resistant coating.Read More …
