Everything from my initial call to check to see if our insurance was accepted and if my kids were an age where they could/should get exams (8 & 5) to coming into the office was so nice! I've worked in multiple medical/dental offices so I really appreciate friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff. The girl on the phone was so friendly and warm and never acted like my questions were bothering her. The shorter haired girl up front was so friendly when we came in and interacted with my kids. The tech who took all our pictures of our eyes was great with the kids too. They weren't scared at all! And Dr Poirier was super nice and thorough. She was so good with the kids they actually enjoyed getting their exams! She was very thorough and answered all my questions. There was no push for unnecessary treatment, but left me with things to watch for and options. We really enjoyed our visit to this office. I know doing 3 family members at once isn't easy, but they made it smooth and inviting. I love this great place is so close to our house in Alabaster. I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! It's hard to find an office where you like the staff as well as the doctor so this place is a gem.

Dr Reid was wonderful. She was very kind, listened to me, asked appropriate questions and was very reassuring.
I was visiting from Maine and the staff got me in right away. Very kind, friendly, and welcoming staff. I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Reid.
