I received a text message the day before my appointment instructing me to call from the parking lot when I arrived. I did so and waited for 45 minutes for a return call. When I did not receive a call after 45 minutes, I went into the office. I was told to wait to be checked in and then the assistant took me to the back. She was professional and seemed to understand her responsibilities although she had no familiarity (could not pronounce) with my medications which are pretty standard. I was then seen by doctor Tiwari. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough and explained everything he did including comparing my previous results with the new results and explaining the differences.
After my visit, I told him about the text message and my 45 minute wait. He was apologetic and told me that they were having serious phone issues that were not being resolved by Comcast although they had been working on it for several weeks. It was frustrating to me that they would continue to send text messages to patients telling them to call from the parking lot when they know they are having problems and do not receive the voice messages until the following day. Aside from the phone issues, I highly recommend Dr Tiwari.
