We really like the doctor. For her I leave a 5. The front desk was horrible. For them I leave a 1.
I have always liked the place and admired the owner Dr. Bisbee. This time the front desk staff was just horrible. Mean. They are trying to make the patient come alone, but in the process they make assumptions, don't let normal communication happen and were rude. Or is not their job to make us give private information to them. They are not a doctor, and they said that. And then they proceeded to talk to the doctor in advance with little to no information, and felt they had the right to say what the doctor said.
We go to the cancer clinic, which has way sicker people and we are able to help each other in the appointment. And they check temperature and for covid. This front desk does none of that. They just have a rule which harms those that need support. And the front desk was rude in doing it. In addition we saw people go back with a helper. The print desk said they had a medical need. We call very that in writing also, and we weren't told about the possibility. In addition, that takes a little time, and no other doctor is requiring that. Who do they think they are???
Awful front desk. And that alone made me look for another place to go. It is only my admiration of Dr. Bisbee (who goes to church with a friend of mine) and the kindness and professionalism of the doctor Lee that I will give them another chance.
