We really like the doctor. For her I leave a 5. The front desk was horrible. For them I leave a 1.
I have always liked the place and admired the owner Dr. Bisbee. This time the front desk staff was just horrible. Mean. They are trying to make the patient come alone, but in the process they make assumptions, don't let normal communication happen and were rude. Or is not their job to make us give private information to them. They are not a doctor, and they said that. And then they proceeded to talk to the doctor in advance with little to no information, and felt they had the right to say what the doctor said.
We go to the cancer clinic, which has way sicker people and we are able to help each other in the appointment. And they check temperature and for covid. This front desk does none of that. They just have a rule which harms those that need support. And the front desk was rude in doing it. In addition we saw people go back with a helper. The print desk said they had a medical need. We call very that in writing also, and we weren't told about the possibility. In addition, that takes a little time, and no other doctor is requiring that. Who do they think they are???
Awful front desk. And that alone made me look for another place to go. It is only my admiration of Dr. Bisbee (who goes to church with a friend of mine) and the kindness and professionalism of the doctor Lee that I will give them another chance.

I am very sorry that you were unhappy with your visit. I understand that policies regarding Covid protocols can vary from clinic to clinic. We have developed our policy based on recommendations from both the ADH & the CDC. These policies are enacted to keep both the patient and our staff as healthy as possible. Currently it is our policy to only allow the patient into the building unless that patient meets certain criteria that will allow some to accompany the patient for the appointment. It is the job of our staff to determine if such criteria is met. Our staff has been trained to gather this information in a respectful way to help determine the best course of action for the patient. Our staff has also been trained to remain calm when patients and their loved ones are not respectful of the policies that we have developed for everyone's safety. During this time we ask all patients to please be patient and understanding with your provider and office staff.

We are very thankful for Dr. Brooke Bisbee. She was wonderful and took care of my husband's ingrown toe nail, but went a step further by checking his blood flow in his legs due to swelling in his left foot and ankle. We have an ultrasound scheduled now for his left leg. So nice to have someone who cares!!
