We would not use any other vet service unless Family Vet referred us for some reason. The doctors and staff at Family Vet are caring, extremely competent and know our pets by name and any illnesses they have had.

As always, it was great. Our dog couldn't tell us much, but she seems happy and healthy after her stay. The staff is always very friendly and professional.

I just popped in to pick up heart worm and flea meds for Arlo. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles . My request was taken care of quickly. I was even apologized to for the little time it took!

My cat was hit by a car. Thankfully I was there and was able to rush him to Family Veterinary Clinic. They stopped everything and rushed him in to evaluate him. The staff was kind and supportive as I stood there blubbering, trying to tell them what happened. Even the other patients there were kind, offering tissues and words of comfort. Dr. Varner stabilized my kitty and suggested taking him to the ER. I'm glad to say I'm going there now to pick up my precious kitty who is bumped up and scraped a little but doing well. Every experience with FVC is a positive one. Lv u, FVC!!

Dr. Yates is a wonderful vet and took loving care of our almost 17 year old cat Zoe. All of the staff at Family Veterinary are great to work with and have always taken great care with our cats.

I had an appointment for our dog Artur for a vaccine. Unfortunately I found a small growth on his back like the one removed last year that had turned out to be cancer with a poor prognosis from the oncologist. I called in the morning to have Arthur evaluated by the vet for this and was moved to an appointment the same day to take care of the vaccine and see the Vet.I asked the Vet since we got way more time for Arthur than anticipated by surgically removing the tumor lst year if we should take this one off maybe getting more time for him. She advised doing a local block snipping it to send off to see if it is cancer or hopefully not. She did not recommend another wide excision surgery if it is the cancer returned. This is why I love this practice. They are all honest and filled with integrity, not looking to make money over advising what is best for your pet.The staff are all very loving and caring to Arthur. Dr. Varner was able to do the procedure right than saving us a trip back and allowing it to heal before going to the lake in Maine which Arthur loves so much. Dr. Varner's husband even came out of his office and greeted Arthur after the procedure.Debbie the tech was so kind as well.
