I like this place and it was recommended by my mechanic, whom I adore, so I could get same day service but I always worry a little. The last time I came in I was 3 cars back and the guy asked me what I was in for, I told him I needed an oil flush (I may have worded that wrong), he said he would get that taken care of. When it was done, they tried to charge me for a standard oil change and then I said wait, so then they changed the charge and asked the guy and he was like oh, yeah yeah, but then I really wondered.... Was that even done? They don't mark your car of what needs to be done before it gets pulled in. This last time I came in, they wanted me to drive in the bay, which I really don't think customers should be due to the liability along with a sign that says "no customers in the bay area" and the guy didn't even ask what I needed done, he was just ready to roll and told me I could wait in the customer lounge.
