I have been going here for a long time. I have all of my animals signed up to this vet office. I have never had a single issue with anyone here and I understand completely the lifestyle and heartache of a vet tech. I also understand how busy their work is here at Faulkville. I have spent hundreds and hundreds at this vet office however, yesterday I spent almost $400 even though I could've got most of the medicine from online but I was okay with paying here knowing I'll get my military discount. The lady at the front wouldn't honor my discount. I have gotten it before here without any issue but this lady was stern on telling me no and stating that I can get it on my next visit. My last 2 visits have been emergencies so I hope my next visit isn't another emergency!? I also hope I don't spend another $400 on my next visit too...my point is, I cannot afford my vet bills and I look forward to my small military discount to help me in these situations. I usually will challenge and question her actions but I had empathy because Faulkville was busy and I didn't want to cause a scene in the front. I also volunteer for Renegade and am known in that facility and didn't want to represent the rescue in a bad way however, I know now, I am still human. I won't be able to afford the next visit if it costs as much as the last 2 times because I don't make a lot of money...I said before, I look forward to my military discount so I can get my animals checked with assurance. I'm just upset at the service the front rep gave me and I felt she spoke to me as if I was incompetent and ignorant. I'm college educated and a combat vet and although I don't ask for praise, I feel I humbly earned the military discount that's offered at Faulkville. I still will continue to go here and refer others but I just hope I don't encounter the front rep again. I also hope she doesn't give that same energy to people who may have just lost a pet or have an emergency for a pet that may not make it. She's very rude...

They took care of my fur baby upon short notice without an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in quickly. I believe she was bitten by a snake but was not sure. Fortunately, she doing great thanks to the caring staff.

My personal experience with Faulkville Animal Hospital has been phenomenal. I must say each Vet that I hade the pleasure of meeting with have gone above and beyond to show compassion and love for each furbaby I brought in to be seen. In the past I had used every Vet in Statesboro and would NOT RECOMMEND the 1st one because none of them are compassionate like you guys are and I am so happy we made the switch. I had NEVER had a vet sit with me, console me or even shed a tear while I had to say good bye to not one but 2 of our furbabies. Each time both Vets were AMAZING and the STAFF I cannot brag enough on too. Yes they stay busy and are booked all the time but that's just it. They take time for you and your furbaby because they do care. They actually call and check up on your animal and you. They return phone calls and go out of their way to help you!!!! I highly recommend this entire office and staff to anyone looking for a REPUTABLE place to take their furbaby!!!

We had to have our Meg put down after 17 years with us .the staff was wonderful and made it very comfortable for having to lose her thanks to the whole gang y’all were awesome !!!!!

Left our *very timid dog for a week with them and they go the extra mile to make him comfortable. I got a detailed report of how he did each day, new friends he made, how much he ate etc. He came home happy and clean!

Even though it was very busy I was offered to arrive as a walk in. My senior cat took us by surprise when she became lethargic and wouldn't eat. The vet and nurse took great care of our baby.

Dr. Lull did a good job with Missy. She prescribed medicines that are helping her through the present crisis. Also, thank you for the senior citizen discount...

Dr. Lull said she would send me an email about continued care for Missy who has something like heaves going on, but I haven't received it yet. If she needs my email address, please ask her to call me.
