Dr Newman and the techs were especially caring and gentle with Enya as they administered her annual vaccinations, exam, and 2 needle aspirations of a mass in her neck. The Dr took time to read the slides and explain to me the possibilities and the need for more slides to send to the pathologist for further examination and diagnosis. I appreciate her kindness in this tense situation.

GREAT staff. My dogs were new patients and they accepted the team immediately which was a clear indication of the staffs experience and love for dogs. Dogs tell us everything. If they don’t like the vet, there’s a reason. Every person on the team matters and if one person doesn’t take the time to acclimate and be comforting to your dog, your dog will hate going there forever. So far, my dogs were perfectly fine here and we will certainly return. Our search for a good vet is finally over. We are happy.

My pet was not bathed, or ready for pick up. His bag was ripped and pre packaged food was short so had I left him there as planned he would not have anything to eat the following day. I have had my concerns in the past, this did not help. I may consider other boarding options moving forward.

Hi Mrs.Ladwig, Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to hear we didn't meat your expectations. Unfortunately, the day you picked up your baby, we had a busted pipe due to the cold weather, and our water was turned off for repairs. This is why we were unable to give your baby his bath. I hope this was explained at pick up. The reason the food was a short was due to a hole in the bag. If we are ever in a position that we would run out of your babies food, we would be sure he would be fed with our food here at the hospital. He is a special fella, and we enjoy his stays with us. I brought a 140,000mile 2001 olds minivan with a v6 engine and a blown head gasket. For over $2,000 they replaced the head gaskets and told me it would be good for 100,000 miles. It was good for 20,000 miles. Later, I learned the engine is known for blowing head gaskets and was discontinued as a result.. I don't know if the information about the engine was known at the time of repair but it would have made a difference if I had been informed of the engines' history.
