The dental assistant was great ,, Orna! i have had her several times and you can tell she loves what she does. Always making me feel comfortable On the otherhand, Caroline at the desk might be one of the most unprofessional people i have ever encountered. Upon arrival, I decided to make a payment on my account. I was waiting at the desk , well she was talking very loudly with other coworkers. She then asked if she could help me and I said I’d like to make a payment on my account. After pulling my account up she proceeded to announce in a very loud voice that I had a $9000 balance on my bill. She was very rude about it so I responded in the same manner that I didn’t need for everyone to hear how much my bill is and I am very well aware of what my account status is. How embarrassing to have one of your staff members announce what your account balances in front of everyone. If it were my business I would certainly not have this person at the front desk. I The front desk is the face of your business and first impression . It would’ve been more appropriate for her to say are you aware of what your account balance is ? And perhaps write it down on a piece of paper instead of announcing to everyone in the whole office how much my bill is. I have a payment arrangement with your office, she should’ve been able to see that when she pulled my account up there was no reason for her to verbally announce what my balance was. I have been a long time patient of This practice. To me, it is not the same atmosphere anymore. I feel judged and pressured when it comes financial business. My dentist knew my personal situation when my treatment plan was established . Enough said !
