Fay Dental has been our family dentist for 9 years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Just recently during the “stay at home” order, I had an urgent dental need and was able to be treated the next day.
I couldn’t have been more grateful. The staff is friendly and professional and scheduling is easy.

I was nervous because of Covid19. Fay Dental was good prior to the Pandemic and I felt confident they would take care of my Health during a Pandemic. Overall, once again it was great. I worked in Health Care for 40+ years hands on patient care, I had post exam doubts about the overall proper PPE use.
1. Hygenist opened Packaged I presume "Clean" tools with her bare hands. 2. There was no handwashing observed prior to putting on gloves nor post removal of gloves. That was our practice at Bellin Health. 3. Dr. Fay visits different Patient Rooms, walked with without a mask and did not place one on his face until after he was seated next to me in the room, of course, I did not have a mask on during a dental cleaning appointment.
I would never have made the above comments, but with the mystery of Covid19, people having the Virus and presenting no symptoms, the patient prior to me could have been a Carrier.
I still will ensure my Dental Care to Fay Dental. Just did have some doubts post exam if I should have had my exam so soon after Opening the Practice during a World Pandemic.

I don’t think anyone likes going to the dentist, but I love Faye Dental. They all treat you great and my hygienist is awesome. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly and pleasant receptionist make checking in easy and enjoyable. Dental Hygienist took her time and explained in detail the work that needed to be done for proper dental health.

Would highly recommend Fay Dental. My only complaint would be that I wish they would require patients to wear a mask while in the waiting room
