I always receive excellent care from Dr. Fay and his team. My most recent visit involved more detailed dental work so I was a bit nervous, however, everyone was also attentive (as always) to their care and skill required for the job! Sure does make me smile!

Kind, friendly staff. Excellent cleaning and did not waste a lot of time. We are new patients. It's nice being part of a small, friendly practice that recognizes you and knows your family. Dr. Fey is a great guy, too.
Our family loves this clinic! You are welcomed warmly by Kim & Brenda when you walk in the front office, which has a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs/couches..The assistants are all friendly & do a wonderful job from x-rays to cleanings to more involved procedures. Have always had a great experience. Dr. Fay is exceptional. He uses state of the art technology to show you your x-rays & explain your diagnosis & what you need done. My son had a root canal done with no discomfort. Can't say enough about this clinic from beginning to end!
I was told I have another cavity/crack in a tooth. This was found by the hygienist before she even saw me from the same x-rays from February. If this had been caught sooner by a staff member than I could have got this fix sooner before my insurance switched. Now I have to pay another deductible.
The x-rays in question were taken on 2-1-17 at Aspen Dental. They should have diagnosed the decay and recommend treatment.Your hygienist took a closer look at them and saw something suspect and had Dr. Fay confirm the decay.It is unfortunate that you have had a change in insurance, and have to pay a new deductible.
I get tired of being scolded every time I go there by the hygienists. Also, I was wearing my Fitbit when I had an x-ray. I wasn't warned to remove it, and later in the day, I realized it wasn't working. I guess I should have known better, but just didn't think about it at the time. As those are expensive, a sign or a heads up would have been greatly appreciated.
Our hygienists do not scold. The inform and educate our patients on problem areas that they come across so future more involved issues do not occur. The issue of your fitbit. The panoramic x-ray machine produces less radiation than your being outside in the sun. It is only necessary for patients to remove any metal objects around their head and neck area.
