I was given a battery of the usual vision tests by a technician and that was very well done. Then the optometrist came in. She did not introduce herself or greet me in any way even though it was my first visit. She spent less (much less) than five minutes with me and suggested I might want bifocals. I already have them and was wearing them at the time.
I was hustled off to the optician who was juggling three people and giving none of us her attention. I asked for help choosing frames but she did not give any. When I went back the next week to pick up my glasses I was told the optician was in surgery and I was out of luck if the glasses needed any adjustment.
Dr. Feinerman has an excellent reputation and I might consider going back if I need cataract surgery in the future. His optometrist and optician could use some customer care training.
