We did not have to wait that long and they did the treatments quickly, which was great. The best thing about this dentist office is that they allow the parent to go back and sit in the corner of the room during treatment, which I think is how it should be and I appreciate that. I've never understood why, at other dentist offices, you aren't allowed to accompany your child to the treatment room even though you'd never send your kid into the pediatrician's office alone, so why the dentist? Other than that, the office is kind of dingy and rundown and while some of the dentists are friendly and nice, others seem a little harried and irritated.

The experience was normal, every one treats you with respect and all but what really kills me is the the wait time, they schedule so many people at the same time, it takes about an hour from your appointment time to be seeing and then another 25-30 minutes in the room before they actually start doing anything. I always hear the same excuse that there are some kids that don’t cooperate and it puts them behind schedule. They either need to hire more Doctors at this Office because honestly I think one Doctor is not enough for the amount of kids they see every day.
