Welcome to Fidalgo Island Health Center, the office of Dr. James Bentz. Dr. Bentz is a chiropractor specializing in the Neurological Integration System (NIS ), which is a method of restoring communication between the brain and body. We use kinesiology (muscle testing) to find and correct "short circuits" between the brain and body.

I broke a front tooth while vacationing more than 1200 miles from home. I went down to LaConner from our campground which was about 5 to 6 miles away to get a phone number off of their sign out front to see if I could call them the next day to make an appointment as it was after hours. I figured I would have to wait at least a week to get in. I saw a light on inside, knocked and they immediately let me in. They made an appointment for me for the next morning, Friday at 7:45 am.
