I love Fields Road Animal Hospital. It is conveniently located right by Rio and Downtown Crown, on a quiet corner. The building is pretty and the lobby is clean and spacious. The staff members are all excellent, kind, friendly and knowledgeable caregivers. I felt comfortable leaving my cat in their care and getting his neuter surgery done. The doctor is awesome and has the magic touch to soothe and calm nervous pets.

Dr. Edwards was great. She explained everything about my cat's dental cleaning and explained what I can do at home in the future to help take care of his teeth. The tech who I talked to when he went home-Ashley-was very sweet and answered all of my questions. I am very sad to hear the practice is closing.

Dr Edwards and her staff treated my dog with so much expertise and loving care. Dr Edwards stayed in touch with us to let us know every step of the way how our dog was doing. Dr Edwards and her staff recognized after a few hours of treatment, observation and care , that our dog needed to go to the hospital and they helped us get that done so quickly and now our dog is on the mend!

I loved Dr. Edwards and the technician (sorry I can't remember her name) that greeted us before for out wellness checkup began. The Administrative Assistant that was at the front desk greeted us right away as we came into the Hospital, and was very nice and patient. My whole experience was great.

The only thing I will do different the next time I visit Fields Road Animal Hospital is ask how much the cost is for each procedure that is being performed and the the medications cost.

My final bill shocked me.
