They knew I was there for contact lenses but they don’t have any contact lenses to even try. They assumed my old type was good enough. The ‘ technician’ who gave me the exam for new prescription made a mistake on my medical paperwork and it was the doctor who corrected her. I still had to order from them and pay more and then come back to pick up lenses week or two later!! I didn’t I took my prescription and ordered elsewhere at a far lesser cost. I won’t be returning to that office. I’ve had far better experience elsewhere.
Our apologies that you didn't feel you had the best service with us. Unfortunately we are not an optical store so we do not carry full stock of contact lenses or glasses. We do have the capability of performing a contact lens fitting which is what we did with you that day but in the event your preion is not something we have readily available we do have to order them for you. Again, our sincerest apologies that we didn't fit the needs you were looking for and in the future we would love for you to come back for your medical eye exam needs.
