I always love how friendly the staff is. Very warm and welcoming. My only complaint is that at the end when ordering my new glasses I feel like I'm buying a used car. I feel like I am being pushed into a higher end model with all the bells and whistles regardless if I can afford it.

No one likes to be pushed - we apologize for that feeling. Eyewear is somewhat like automobiles - there is luxury and there is economy - - - and then there are "clunkers!" We don't provide any clunkers! But we do have both luxury and economy models - we hope we can do a better job of determining which category you are in next time! - thank you for your kind words on our friendliness!

I came into fig garden optometry to order a new pair of glasses. I met with Debbie and she was extremely helpful. I have been going to the office there for many years and I've always been treated very good by the staff.
