Lee is very willing to do whatever it takes to aerovate even the tightest places! And he always uses plenty of seed & fertilizer. To top it off, he goes the extra mile to blow any dirt, seed or fertilizer from sidewalks & driveway back into the yard area where it can actually do some good!

Thank you for your feedback. We are apologetic our last service arrangement left you feeling less than one hundred percent satisfied as we take this very seriously. We do feel pricing was explained very thoroughly before servicing your residence or group pricing with your neighbor depending upon the final decision they made. Overall, All pricing given was cheaper than last year. To say that you have not been appreciated and treated well is not correct as you are appreciated. We did everything along the way to plan ahead with you for more than a month leading up to your recent servicing for the best customer experience. Because we did not give into further pressure to reduce your rates a second time after we already had, does this give you grounds to not give us a 5 Star Rating? Your lawn is the greenest lawn on the street because of a combined effort of Final Touch and your actual lawn maintenance person who we have worked through each time.
