I'm sorry you feel you were price gouged. I'm not quite sure why after 7 months you are just now bringing this to light. Your bill was only $300 and that included all material used ( 2 sharkbite braided connectors, 1 sharkbite ball valve, and 1 gas ball valve. Total $64.65) labor and service fee for installing the heater, replacing the gas shut off valve and water heater shut off valve. We did not take the heater away at your request. We did have 2 technicians there for 1 hour. I would be happy to send you a copy of the invoice for your records so you can see exactly what was done. We know things are expensive today, it is very expensive to operate a small business.
