I had a horrible experience with the staff and thier animal treatment which was more like an abuse, horrible service I will never be back and I will discourage anyone I know that has pets not to go here.

We are so sorry that you feel that our placing a slip lead onto your dog was such a horrible experience. Your dog is extremely aggressive and has bit several people and it is crucial for our staff's safety that aggressive pets be under control. Your dog was jumping and trying to bite, we were simply trying to prevent anyone from getting hurt. It is our sincere hope that you are able to find a trainer to help Alex, because he is a liability to public safety and until you realize that this is a problem, it will never improve.

I love the staff at fire mountain. They handle and care your pets with kindness. I would recommend

Dr Juli once again took our Yorkie from down and out to all better. Great to know a Vet that has your pets best interest at heart. Thank you to the staff as well for staying lat on the weekend.

Charlie's not a very cooperative patient but Dr Cramer and the staff handled him beautifully and it turned out to be a positive experiience after all!

I wasted 47.50 om a vet visit. She wanted to sell me on a whole blood work up when all I wan ted was a refill for Baxter's potassium bromide prescription. Nope not unless I agreed to $300.00 treatment plan. I left 47.50 poorer and no prescription. When back to my old vet who is farther away but she gave me what I asked for with no run around.
