I was running late. I called. But, when I got there, the staff treated me as if I had arrived early. No embarrassment! I had removed my contacts. Wrong! And, in my haste and running late, I even failed to pick up the contacts in the case. Wrong, again! I offered to go back home to get them, and even to come another day. The staff wouldn't hear of it. They provided a trial pair for the purpose. One look at my eyes told the doctor all he needed to know. A reaction to my lens cleaner! No contacts for me for a week! If all concerned treat each customer as I was treated, it's no wonder that folks come from miles around to be treated here. Thank you for the experience.
