Office visit went well and was very professional. The Practice has been bought out by a new dentist who I do not know and never met before. The dentist that examined me was thorough and professional. With future visits I expect my confidence to grow with the new dentist as she provides dental care and displays patient empathy skills.

From the scheduling of the appointment, the text reminder and the actual appointment and service was a great experience.
The only area I would look for improvement is pertaining to performing x-rays- I would like to understand prior xrays taken & what xrays being proposed are covered and which are not covered by the insurance provider.
