I apologize if the Invoice you were given when you came to pick your vehicle up is harder than it should be to understand, and I can see how this could happen if it is not explained properly. If you look directly to the right of the labor operation (for example - Remove and replace Water Pump), the labor charges for that corresponding labor are shown. In that same manner, all of the parts that were used, have their corresponding charges in that column as well. I assure you nonetheless, that the repairs on your Final Invoice are the same repairs that we had discussed in detail over the phone. The prices are the same as well. If you would allow me the opportunity to show you in person (which may be easier to understand), I would be obliged to share the time with you and ensure that you have a solid understanding of our billing. I sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding, although look forward to talking to you soon in order to resolve any lingering issues.
