We were lucky the vet had a cancellation and got in right away for puppy problem. Vet noticed we had an annual shots appt set up for 3 weeks from now. She offered to take care of all of that right now so we wouldn’t habe to come back. Si friendly, helpful and loving.

Super friendly. Was able to get my senior cat in, as a new patient, quickly for her pain management. Recommended a new medication which will hopefully mean less trips for that. Completely understanding when I had a last minute reschedule for two more of my cats (yes, I’m one shy of a crazy cat lady).

Dr. Toy is super down to earth and easy to talk to. She has a very gentle touch, you never feel "man handled" so to speak. I have had quite a few dentists over the years and I can say she genuinely cares about your teeth and health and she's always reasonable, never pushing for unnecessary expensive work. She told me she doesn't want to ever compromise a tooth with work unless absolutely necessary. I feel like part of the "family" whenever I'm in her dental office.
