My pup and I received fantastic service at our first appointment! Everyone was so nice and helpful and patient! I was overwhelmed with what tick prevention to use and my husband couldn’t be with me at the appointment. So they graciously let me call him and they went over everything again with him on speaker phone! I would say they went above and beyond for making sure we had all of the information we needed. They were so good with my pup. We are happy with Fisherville!

Clean exam room, knowledgeable and friendly technician Lindsey. Dr. Bertrand was knowledgeable and explained everything they had done for Nico and when to expect a call with blood test results.
