I began going to Fit Culture in fall of last year and really got serious about changing my life in 2014. It has been so positive for many aspects of my life. The flow workouts are 45 minutes, so who can't schedule that amount of time daily to workout? The trainers all of them are very knowledgeable and help with each exercise. If you have previous injuries or areas of concern they will offer a modification. Everyday is a different emphasis: Full Body, Lower Body, Upper Body, Cardio and Core & Balance. The Strength class is a great way to mix it up with the flow classes.
Also, they offer a pilates class that will challenge you after any workout or allow you to strench and lengthen new found muscles from your workouts.
I am ecstatic about my results from Thinner Winner and possibly too enthusiastic about sharing it with almost everyone I run into. However, one person today even told me I inspired them and are signed up for their first class this week.
