I would recommend FPTS for a number of reasons. It is a small gym so one doesn't hear the grunting and groaning that larger places seem to encourage. It was always a comfortable environment in which to work. My trainer paid particular attention to my individual needs in a gentlemanly and quite encouraging way. Tony, the owner, was also a positive force in my training program. He was friendly and always made the place was inn tip top shape. Time schedules were scrupulously adhered to. It's the perfect place for any individual training program.

I highly recommend FitPro Personal Training Studio! It is a great environment for gym activity. There is great help and guidance from the staff!

Always enjoy my workouts with the trainers. It is a family style environment. I have personally seen more results in my fitness goals and feel so much better physically with the professional guidance of the staff.

Fitpro is a wonderful place to workout! I have been a client for 10 years and my son trains there as well. We love it there. The trainers are very professional and the workouts are fun! Tracey & Spencer
