When I walked in the receptionist knew my name and a simple update to my account was made without any complications. I had a great cup of coffee, which makes one feel at home. In no time I was taken back for an eye test and soon after saw Dr. Forche'. While my eyes are not the best, I am comforted by the knowledge that my eyesight will be well, and Dr. Forche' was a head of the game in taking care of my vision. Five Points Eye Care Center does not see its patients as numbers, but instead as family. They give personal care with friendly staff.

Accidently scratched my eye over weekend and Dr. Forche was able to fit me in the next day. Can't say enough - Dr. Forche was professional and reassuring. Plus, fantastic office staff. I can't imagine going anywhere else for eyecare.

Ever since moving to Madison (Morgan County) in 1987, I have gone to Five Points for my vision problems. I am so pleased with everything. My whole family goes there. Have also recommended them to my friends.

The staff was friendly to me and my kids. The people in the waiting room were even encouraging as I did my best to keep a less than 2 year old and a 7 mo as calm and contained as possible. I wish I had been more prepared for the wait for getting my son's eyes dilated, but the waiting room with the toys was a life saver!!

I've been apatient of Dr. Jon's for years. He is as kind and caring on this visit as he was on the first. The staff are always courteous, professional and personal. I highly recommend Five Points Eye Care Center.

I was traveling through Athens and woke up in the hotel with a serious irritation in an eye I looked up "emergency eye care" and Five Points Eye Care Center showed up. My husband and I were at the office minutes after it opened. Every single person in the office we encountered was super friendly, welcoming and sympathetic. In under an hour, the foreign body had been removed and we were on our way, I highly recommend !this office.
