I had a great experience there with all the people there: all the people were are very nice to me .I was able to ask questions with a good response . I have an unusual situation I feel like I got a good steppingstone from them in the eye therapy department . I just have to apply what they empowered me to do . The eye therapy department is awesome . Not to mention the eye glass department . I hope I can make them proud with my results .

This note is for Nate!!! I've never had any complaints about my eye checkups! But on my last visit of March 15 of this year, I decided to let you fill my new lens order rather than purchase them, as I have been for several years, at the Walmart in Clayton. As I found out this morning, that was a mistake. You were out of the office on the afternoon of the 15th, thus I dealt with your assistant. My wife and I explained to her several times while sitting at her desk, that I needed a full-lense pair of glasses because of the prisms needed, but mainly because I wanted the transitional lense for dark glasses which I have worn for years.

When that assistant called me this morning to tell me that the glasses were ready, and asked if I wanted them shipped to me (which already had been made clear to her on the 15 that I did), I asked her if they put in the gray tint transitional (which were on the lense in the frames that I was going to use again) rather than the brown tint. She informed me that she didn't order transitional lens. Nate, we repeated this to her several times when ordering....that I must have the transitional lens!!!!

So, now she'll reorder the glasses with the gray transitional lens.....and put a rush on the order.....but it'll cost me an additional $120.......oh wait.....she gave me a discount, so the cost will be only $100.....and another eight to ten days minimum before I receive them!

Nate, I trusted her to get everything correct with this order. If you had been there I would have dealt with you instead, confident that you would have ordered them correctly. Now I am stuck with this situation. And I will hold you responsible for corrections and adjustments needed under warranty. But I will not purchase any more glasses in the future from FPEC. That's very unfortunate!

As careful as we were in explaining exactly what we wanted, there is no reason for this to happen!

My experience was wonderful yesterday. I am so appreciative for Nate and the eye glass people putting my lenses in when they popped out and for Dr. Nadine for seeing me sooner for my appointment so I could get new glasses and not have to wait till my regular appt. I so appreciate all of them. I highly recommend everyone in the practice.

I love Dr. Jon and his staff! They always provide a thorough check up. They are very professional and yet, provide a relaxing environment. I always recommend Five Points Eye Care, whether with Dr. Jon or Dr. Nadine. Several friends are now their patients. Checking out is so easy. His staff makes ordering contacts and glasses easy, they do it for me! They are very efficient and provide me with excellent care!
