Flint Hills Veterinary Hospital was established in 1984 by Dr. Casey and Joyce Thomas. We have provided continuous care to the Junction City - Fort Riley community and the surrounding towns of Chapman, Milford, Wakefield, Manhattan and Abilene for almost thirty years. We are extremely proud of our close ties with the military community of Fort Riley.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality in Veterinary Medical care in a friendly, relaxed setting. We hope you will refer your family and friends to our practice.

Flint Hills Veterinary Hospital is the best in town. I have known Dr. Thomas for over 20 years and completely trust all my pets and our customers pets in his hands. Dr. Thomas and his clinic and staff were a huge part of saving over 400 pets the we at RC Kennels helped with rescue. Thank you Dr. Thomas for caring for the lives of all the pets in our area. And Dr.Shaffer has been with Dr. Thomas for several years now and she is awesome, we love her. She sees our pets regularly and is spot on with her treatments. Dr. Moses is the newest addition to Flint Hills Vet. and has jumped in feet first and it fills like she has been there for years. She is very professional and confident with her treatment of our pets and I have all the confidence in her, because Dr. Thomas would only have the best working for him from the other Vets to all of his staff. They are all great and much appreciated by myself and my staff at RC Kennels, Thank you, Cathy & Ron from RC Kennels. Anyone can call me any time.
