Florence Eye Center, the largest optometric practice in the Shoals area will celebrate its 20 year anniversary in November 2011. When founded in 1991, Florence Eye Center was one optometrist with a mission to provide excellence in eyecare for the residents of the Shoals area. Today, Florence Eye Center is a 4 doctor, 2 location practice known throughout the Southeast as a leader and innovator in optometric practice. We thank you, our patients, for entrusting us with your eyecare and eyewear needs for the past 20 years. Our mission is still the same: provide the best possible eyecare available to our patients as well as the best eyewear products on the market.

We apologize for the issues you have had. We do our best to have things where patients want them when they want them there. It does get a bit confusing when patients visit multiple locations, but we try to make the transition as seamless as possible. We have enjoyed you as a patient and hope we can make it up to you. We can always have your product at a different location the following day. We transfer product between the locations every single night. We offer no charge contact lens follow up appointments to all of our patients so if there is any doubt that your contacts aren't working properly we will be happy to schedule you a visit. Again we are so sorry your experience was bad. We always welcome constructive criticism and if we find a problem with our system we won't hesitate to correct it that day. I will share your story with our physicians and store managers and make sure if there are holes in our system that they are repaired immediately.
