I went there to have my teeth cleaned in which my insurance covers with no out of pocket cost. They did a test on my gum and teeth and come back to tell me now I can't have a cleaning unless I pay 200 for it... All because they did not explain to me that would affect my cleaning before they started with the process they did. So I feel like I was hustled out of my cleaning so you could get more money out of me instead of just cleaning my teeth like I requested and for the main purpose I made the appointment.. I'm looking for another dentist that knows the value of a working customer instead of just the value of a dollar that you can make off of me... I'm highly disappointed and I will not recommend anyone to you at all

I am very sorry that you feel this way, with treat our patients with the highest respect and value their business and we feel that it would be unethical to lower our standard of care because of what insurance "covers".
