I have been a client of Polish (formerly Floss) since 2009. Overall, the practice was great and staff was wonderful. Since the name change to Polish, the service level has deteriorated. We have had issues with appointments and billing. Sometimes things improve, but not until we request attention. Customer service should not be as a result of customer dissatisfaction. Honestly, the only reason that we continue to return is the excellent dental hygienist that services us. If she leaves, most likely, we will reevaluate our provider as well. One last note, we would expect the practice to be competitive from a rate perspective, but if you shop around, you'll find highly rated practices that provide service at better rates. Again, who 'shops' for a dentist, but in this economy, you want to select the practice that is the most efficiently run and can pass along those savings to you.
