Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I have been going there for 5 years and seen my share of ups and downs but that last visit was so-so disappointing that I honestly don't know if I can ever come back.
I will start off by saying yes I was 6 minutes late. I drive all the way from Kyle (my work) to the appointments.
Not greeted when I walked in, just rushed back. It was awkward, even if I was a few minutes late. Can someone say hello? Asking how I am doing? Offer me a water like normal?
Not given an oral exam, literally she just shoved the cleaning tool in my mouth before saying anything or checking things out first.
My gums were not checked, no pocket measurement
My deep cleaning was a joke, literally maybe 3 minutes with the special tool I pay extra for, not even going around each tooth and cleaning under the gums. She clearly is new and didn't know what she was doing. She did do a great job polishing my teeth, I get really bad coffee stains.
She shoved fluoride in my mouth without even asking if I want it, I literally hate fluoride and buy special toothpaste without it.
The dentist NEVER came and actually looked at my teeth or mouth, only the hygienist fresh out of school. Once again I pay extra every visit for deep cleanings and periodontal maintenance
I was so bothered I couldn't even bring it up to the hygienist, most of this is not her fault. She is new and should be getting trained. If she is going to do the deep cleanings she should know what she is doing, I am not a guinea pig for anyone to learn on. Why wasn't the dentist coaching or watching her? If you want her to become a great team member she needs training.
The icing on the cake was the dentist twirling around in a chair, not doing a thing up front. She said hello to me and told me how boring today was because it was slow. I was livid. I wanted to scream, you are so slow and you couldn't be bothered to check on my oral health?
I explained my concerns and frustrations to the lady at the front, she knew that I didn't receive the service I should have. It's like she knows what the hygienist was capable of, and knew what my outcome was. The dentist literally turned around and acting like nothing was happening. Would have been a great time for her to step up, take accountability and make sure I left feeling ok.
I had to take several days to calm down to even write this to you. I am still beyond frustrated and quite honestly really ticked.
