The medical staff is great outstanding service. However, the clerical staff have many problems. They do not follow up with insurance verification and pree-authorization service. I got a crown and asked the staff to call the insurance company for what will be covered and my share of the cost. The clerical staff said that they got the precedure approved and quoted me cost only to find out that precedure was not preapprove. Now, I am been billed for the cost that I was told was covered by my insurance. This’s bad customer service.

It had been quite a while since I went to see a dentist because of some really bad experiences I had in the past after my dentist of many years (my dad) passed away. The longer I put off finding a new dentist, the more anxious I was, and the more I put it off because I was worried I would be judged or worse, scolded because I knew my mouth was in rough shape.

Neither happened. Dr. Ryann was amazing. She immediately put me at ease with very authentic compassion and assured me that I could get back on track, no judgement or scolding or even a hint at either. I have since had my teeth cleaned by Marta and she showed the same compassion, patience, and professionalism. I have had a few fillings done since my first appointment and both Dental Assistants were awesome; the flow between them and Dr. Ryann is amazing and I never felt uncomfortable.

My experience, from the front desk, to the chair was wonderful and I truly appreciate being able to walk out of the office feeling good and ready to get back on track rather than judged and defeated. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I made an appointment two months in advance because that was their next opening for an evening appointment-fine. But, they waited until the day of to check my insurance and tell me they did not take it. Sloppy intake process, insurance should have been verified from the beginning or at the very least when they made me confirm the appointment the day before.

Appreciated the thorough x-rays and checks for neck/throat disease as a new patient. Appointment started exactly on time, hygienists were excellent, and the doctor was kind, courteous, and efficient. Glad to have found my new local dentist.
