The techs were very thorough and explained things very well. They did they a camera inspection of our furnace flue and found some spalling. They recommend to get heatshield installed. A few days later I called clutch asking if I could speak to someone regarding the heat shield and they said they would have the service manager call men back. He never did. So a week later I called again and spoke to an office person who tried to be helpful, but was not that knowledgeable I perceived. I wanted to see the video of the flue again if possible. He said he would send me pictures, which I never received So.... as of now I am not going to get the heat shield installed because I never got to speak with a knowledgeable person or got to see the video or at least pictures of the inside of my flue.
