Everyone, and I mean everyone, was sooo kind, patient, and understanding. I had explained that I would get hit by my dentist as a kid if I had moved too much, which has caused me to have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. They listened to me, and understood. They made me as comfortable as they could, checking in with me, I got to watch Netflix while they were working on my teeth to try and distract from what they were doing. I absolutely loved what Dr. Sam Morcos did when he was injecting whatever it is they use to numb you. He had me close my eyes, and then he injected, but as he did he had kinda shook or jiggled my lip a little bit so that I didn't feel the injection. It was awesome! Normally feeling the injection causes so much anxiety and turmoil for me, but by doing what he did, my brain and body didn't have time to react to being injected. It was superb. After I was done with my appointment, they asked how I was feeling and checked in again. I had told them that, yes, it was a way better experience than what I'm used to, but that I still had anxiety and nervousness about going to the dentist, so I personally feel, that what they said afterwards, was absolutely adorable and I'm fond of the interaction. They looked at me, and playfully said, "challenge accepted to get you more comfortable with it." I've never had such a wonderful experience at a dentists office.
I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sam Morcos and his team to anyone. They know how to keep people with anxiety calm and comfortable. They're amazing besides that fact, they do amazing work.
