For past 15 years, we have been going to Focus Optometry, our experience has been very positive because of the warm welcoming staff and its doctor friendly, thorough in its explanation about the eye health.
We really enjoy especially the ladies in front desk where they are very friendly, and attentive to our desired glasses as well recommendation of what we need and want.
Both Dung and Thuy especially have always call us for check up and follow up. Their dedication to the job show their care for their customers.
We really enjoy the service that what make difference in the business.

My daughter lost her pair of glasses and needed a quick appointment and a set before start of her finals. Staff was struggling to find an appointment as there was no open time slot on the provider schedule. Optometrist intervened and agreed to see her at her lunch time.
Staff was very helpful in picking the right glasses and contacts and help strike the right balance between the two taking into account how much the insurance covers.

General good service. The only confusing point is, they let me watch video before my contact lens training, but they didn't follow that video themselves.

Some members of the front office staff do not have the skills to work with young kids, particularly first-time patients. She showed her frustration, which did not help the already nervous child. It appears that she was about to eat her lunch as we can smell food. However, Dr. Choi was great and took over the first part of the exam. Thank you, Dr. Choi, for saving the day.
