What is the new normal at Focus? It is everything and more that you would hope your Salon would do when facing an unknown. Everything was planned to the minute degree from sanitizing stations before, during and after your visit. They truly have thought of everything from the point of view- how do we keep our clients, our staff and our business surfaces clean, safe and still make it a welcoming environment. As an Owner, Kim has always been hyper aware of the environment. I knew my Hair would look great, my Spirit was lifted as I saw the Focus Team take care of every client.

Topher was amazing !! He made great conversation that didn’t feel forced or awkward. He asked what I liked about my hair and what I didn’t and he just ran with the little ideas I had. I have never had such a great reaction to a hair cut before-truly made my day.
